Held on Friday nights from 6:00-8:30pm at the Brisbane Community Park starting on July 14th and running until the final concert on August 18th. Bring the family with your own picnic, support one of the local vendors or food trucks, and enjoy the musical stylings of some of your favorite local bands. You’re bound to have a great time!

TheatreWorks Silicon Valley kicks off its 48th season with the World Premiere of The Four Immigrants: An American Musical Manga. Drawn from one of the first ever graphic novels, set to an infectious ragtime and vaudeville score by local composer/lyricist Min Kahng, the comic musical follows four Japanese immigrants in a world of possibility and prejudice: turn-of-the-twentieth-century San Francisco. From a tumultuous earthquake to an exhilarating World’s Fair, the quartet pursues the American Dream, despite limited options in the land of opportunity.

The Music in the Park concert series is brought to you by Burlingame Parks and Recreation Department and Veolia Water. All concerts are free! Bring your chair or blanket. Food, beer and wine will be available for purchase. There will be face painting, a food vendor and other sweet treats. Also, the Burlingame Art Society will be on-site hosting open houses at each concert to display some of their amazing artwork.
